Welcome to Grade 1 Acro.
Your 45 minute class will consist of acrobatics dance.
Learn how to develop on acrobatics (cartwheels/walkovers/handsprings etc) improve flexibility, core control and strength.
Uniform - Black leotard/Crop top with black velour shorts - Hair MUST be in a bun.
