TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

• Danceworks Studio or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class as signed in your declaration. 

• Danceworks reserve the right to remove a from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at – Rachaelbradbury@live.co.uk or TEL : 07756110302

• You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.

• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.

• You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

• We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances 

• If there are any sessions missed sure to typical bad weather or emergency staff illness in which teacher cover cannot be covered, Danceworks Dance Class in first instance run a make-up session, and if this is not possible you will then be refunded. 

•  In the regrettable situation that a student no longer wishes to return to classes and you wish to cancel your subscription, we ask for one months written notice. 

Question 1. As a parent- You declare to the best of your knowledge you know no reason why the student/s should not participate in any classes at Danceworks Studio. As the legal parent or guardian you agree to your child to take part in any dance class entirely at your own risk and waive any liability on the part of Danceworks. 

2. On behalf of your child- You hereby give Danceworks permission to use any still and/or moving image being video footage, photographs and/or frames and/or audio footage depicting your children, whilst performing with Danceworks for any of the following, advertisements, posters marketing, facebook

3. As a parent- You agree for your child to take part in the Annual Show/Presentations at Danceworks and agree to any moving/video footage and photographs as part of the production to be taken. This includes being filmed by the professional videographer as well as photographs for family and friends to purchase

Addition Info

A parent/guardian must remain in the Waiting room throughout the duration of the Nursery class. If parent/guardian is unable to then teacher must be notified prior to class.

Any remaining classes, parents are allowed to drop their child off and leave the facility. Students however will not be allowed to leave the building unless permission has been granted or are of the age 16+. In light of any emergencies the contact number provided will be contacted. 

 In the event the class would be cancelled all parents would receive an automatic email and our facebook account will be updated. 

 Please email, call or contact Danceworks Studio facebook page if your child will not be attending class.
